Winners Announced — AWS Fantom Hackathon Q2 2023
The AWS Fantom Hackathon Q2 2023 has come to a conclusion with a staggering 1,114 participants, and we are excited to announce the winners of the many prizes!
As part of Fantom’s dedication to supporting creators, the hackathon invited innovative dApps to share a prize pool valued at over $300,000, sponsored by AWS Startups and Covalent! Discover the winners below and scroll further to learn more about the hackathon itself.

Heroicus is a cloud server rental platform that uses NFTs to represent ownership of a server. It uses the EIP-4907 extension, which adds an expiration date to NFT ownership. This makes it possible for the user to pay for a certain amount of time, and it will expire automatically.

Debita is a true P2P lending platform that lets you find a tailor-made solution for your needs by letting you choose collateral, interest rate, duration, installments, and crypto assets of your choosing. It mints a receipt for each party (loan or debt) in the form of a financial NFT. This main functionality allows you to sell your part of the agreement in secondary markets.

What is AWS Fantom Hackathon Q2 2023?
The AWS Fantom Hackathon Q2 2023 was our second hackathon this year, sponsored by AWS Startups and Covalent to offer a prize pool of over $300,000 to new innovative projects on the Fantom platform.
This time, we limited submissions to include only new applications on Fantom to encourage fresh ideas and experimentation.
